The communication with Talon throughout the process with refining the layout and number of panels was terrific. Steven and Alex arrived as expected and did a terrific professional job and both are very personable, all three represent Proper to the highest level of customer service and compared to the other construction fences nearby, Proper's fence is tight, and professional looking. Highly recommend them.

The quoting and follow-up was seamless. Very responsive. However during the confirmation call the quoted deliver address was different than what I provided. I corrected the address at that point.

On the day of delivery the driver was dispatched to my house and. It not delivery destination. I corrected the address with the delivery driver who was excellent.

Upon pickup, guess who showed up again at my house for pickup? Fortunately for the delivery drivers the actual destination was not far from where I live, had that not been the case it seems like sales/dispatch would have made for a pretty bad day for the drivers.
